These forums are places where the 50plus population can get together to discuss and learn more about Local and National issues that affect their lives and how they can influence and contribute to the decisions taken around these issues.

They meet locally once a month and everyone over the age of 50 years is very welcome to come along---cup of tea always on the go!

There is also an Angus Gold Network Forum where representatives from every forum come together about once every 2 months to look at things from the Angus Wide perspective.

Each forum involves itself in what they are interested in locally and nationally but occasionally when a concern is shared across the area action may be taken by all the forums through the Network group.

To date the members have been involved in NHS consultations, European Elections work. Influencing local issues, Health & Wellbeing work, Financial education and much more.
