1. Minute of Last Meeting
The minute of the last meeting was agreed and approved. BR updated on Tesco and handed out leaflet.
2. Information Week
GG updated and advised that he had DVD if anyone/group wished to view it.
3. Housing Conference
TS updated - good turnout and a number of Angus Gold leaflets picked up.
4. Public Consultation
Thoughts written down and handed in to Access Office (see attached).
5. KCC Feedback
TS read out response from Kirriemuir Community Council - ongoing (see attached).
6. Police Visit
PC Colvin to attend on 17.06.09.
7. AOCB
- TS to take up Age Concern's issue re common close with Housing on their behalf.
8. Date of Next Meeting
The next meeting will be held in Lyell court, Kirriemuir at 10.30 am on Wednesday, 17th June 2009.

1. Minute of Last Meeting
The minute of the last meeting was agreed and approved.
2. Information Week
Group discussed Friday's event. Looking forward to presentation.
3. Parliamentary Visit - Feedback
Moyra Rennie gave a short summary of the visit. Explained who she met and that she and others had an enjoyable trip.
4. Housing Conference
Ted smith reminded group of this event. Kirriemuir Town Hall, 16.05.09 10am - 3 pm.
5. Tesco Home Delivery
Betty Rogerson explained how this service worked, including timescales, cost and potential savings if 3 or 4 people got together to use service. Moyra Rennie to check on how you pay - C.O.D. or on-line?
6. Pathhead Land
Gordon Grewar reported that Angus Council were unaware of the bequest of such land.
7. Green Fingers
This project is on the back burner for time being.
8. AOCB
- Joan Brown attended MacDonald Estates consultation but found those present not too helpful e.g. couldn't answer technical questions and the questionnaire was too complicated. She found presentation/display very interesting though.
