You are under no obligation to change. But it is possible that you could save money by switching and/or getting all your energy from one company.
But before agreeing to change ask the following questions:
• How much will it cost?
• What methods of payment are there?
• How often will I receive bills?
• Will there be a standing charge - and if there is how much?
• How often will my meter be read?
• What additional services are offered? (ie free safety checks)
