David Palmer

Chairman & Director

Dr. Palmer serves as Chairman of the Board. He is a Professional Geologist with more than 25 years of management, technical, and exploration experience. Dr. Palmer is currently the President and CEO of Probe Gold Inc. Previously, he was the President and CEO of Probe Mines Limited (2003-2015) where he led his team to two successful major mineral discoveries, including the multi-million ounce Borden Gold deposit, and the subsequent sale of the company to Goldcorp Inc. in 2015. Dr. Palmer’s outstanding achievements at Probe Mines earned him several prestigious awards, including the PDAC's Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year (2015) and Northern Miner's Mining Person of the Year (2014). He holds a B.Sc. (Geology) degree from St. Francis Xavier University, M.Sc. and Ph.D. (Economic Geology) degrees from McGill University. He is also a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Breanne Beh

President & CEO

Ms. Breanne Beh is currently President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. She is a Professional Geologist with more than 10 years of technical and exploration experience. Ms. Beh began her career as an exploration geologist for Probe Mines at its Borden Gold Project in Chapleau, Ontario, where she worked from 2012-2016. During this time, she was a valuable member and leader of the team that earned the 2013 Ontario Prospectors Award for its accomplishments in advancing this world-class gold deposit. She obtained her BSc in Geology from the University of Calgary before completing her MSc in Geology at Lakehead University. She is also a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and the Ordre des Géologues du Québec.

Jamie Sokalsky

Strategic Advisor

Mr. Sokalsky serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Company. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Probe Gold Inc. Mr. Sokalsky previously served as the Chairman of Probe Mines Limited. He has over 30 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, corporate strategy, mining operations and mine development with over 25 years in the industry. Mr. Sokalsky was President and Chief Executive Officer (June 2012 to September 2014), Chief Financial Officer (1999 to 2012) and Executive Vice-President (June 2004 to September 2012) of Barrick Gold Corporation, the world’s largest gold producer. Mr. Sokalsky is currently the lead director on the board of directors of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited and is also a member of the board of directors of Royal Gold Inc. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1982.

Patrick Langlois

Director

Mr. Langlois is a financial professional focused on opportunities to create growth and corporate strategy. With over 20 years of corporate development, venture capital and investment banking experience, Mr. Langlois brings a successful track-record in capital markets and M&A transactions. Mr. Langlois was the former Vice President Corporate Development with Probe Mines (2012-2015) and prior to that, he held senior positions with Canadian investment banks and venture capital funds.

Steve Burleton

Director

Steve Burleton is an experienced mining executive with significant experience in capital raising, corporate development and strategy. Previously, he was President & CEO of GT Gold Corp. between June 2018 and September 2019 and Vice President of Business Development at Richmont Mines Ltd. between February, 2015 and its’ acquisition in November 2017. Mr. Burleton has over 20 years of experience in the Canadian investment banking industry having dealt with companies in mining, fertilizers and industrial products. Mr. Burleton is a CFA Charterholder and has an MBA from York University.

David Cobbold

Director

Mr. Cobbold is a veteran mining investment banker with 25 years of financial services experience. Currently, he is a Vice Chairman, Metals & Mining at Macquarie Group where he is responsible for sourcing and leading merger, acquisition, sale and defense transactions for clients ranging from exploration and development companies to global metals & mining companies. Mr. Cobbold’s clients are based in Canada, US, U.K, South African and Australia. In addition, Mr. Cobbold has extensive experience in global commodity and securities markets. Mr. Cobbold joined Macquarie in 2011 as Managing Director, Head of Mining, Macquarie Capital Markets Canada. Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Cobbold worked at CIBC World Markets and CIBC Capital Partners for 13 years in various capacities, including as a Managing Director, Global Mining Investment Banking and Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets. Mr. Cobbold holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, University of Western Ontario and Master of Business Administration (MBA), Harvard Business School.

Dennis Peterson

Director

Mr. Peterson has 25 years of experience as a corporate securities lawyer specializing in corporate finance matters for small cap companies. He previously served as a Director of Probe Mines Limited (2004-2015) and now a Director of Probe Gold Inc. Mr. Peterson’s practice focuses on junior natural resource companies, and he has extensive experience with all aspects of prospectus financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions in the junior public markets. Companies he has worked with are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.

Chris Chang

Corporate Development

Mr. Chang is responsible for Corporate Development at the Company. Currently, he holds similar roles at Exploit Capital and Canada Nickel Company, which recently completed strategy investments and offtake investments with Anglo American. From 2005 to 2022, Mr. Chang worked as an Institutional Equities Mining Specialist Sales at a multinational foreign investment bank. His primary focus was on capital raising and block trades for mining companies of all market capitalizations. Additionally, he served as a Mining Equity Research Analyst at a Canadian bank-owned dealer. In this role, he was responsible for company research coverage and commodity price forecasts. Mr. Chang holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
